Sync contacts between Shopify and Keybe.
The integration allows for the automatic creation of a new contact or customer when it is created in Keybe.
NOTE: There is no contact update connection. If a contact is updated in one platform, it will not sync to the other.
When a purchase is completed, a WhatsApp confirmation message is triggered.
If a customer abandons their cart, a WhatsApp reminder is sent.
Automatically send notifications when an order is shipped or in transit.
Products are imported from Shopify’s database and automatically updated every 24 hours.
NOTE: If a product’s name is modified in either Keybe or Shopify, the next 24-hour synchronization will create a new product instead of updating the existing one, as synchronization is based on product name rather than ID.
