Contact Creation

New contacts created in Keybe are automatically added to Salesforce, and new contacts created in Salesforce are automatically added to Keybe, simplifying client information centralization.

Bidirectional Contact Synchronization

Contacts are synchronized across both platforms so that any updates made in Salesforce are reflected in Keybe, and vice versa.

Company Creation

New companies created in Salesforce are automatically added to Keybe, facilitating information centralization. It is important to note that companies must have a contact detail in Salesforce, such as an email or phone number, to be successfully created in Keybe.

Opportunity Creation

Opportunities generated in Keybe automatically create sales opportunities in Salesforce, and opportunities/businesses generated in Salesforce automatically create sales opportunities in Keybe.
