Once you activate the option, go to:
Knowledge → Skills
And you can start configuring the schedule by advisor,
by Space, and have a calendar-like view of scheduled meetings.
And if you're wondering, is it only possible with Google Calendar? The answer is yes, but more features are coming.
If you have an Autopilot plan, you can customize Biky's absence messages to resume the conversation after the user stops responding by creating a simple flow.
