CHANGE IN BILLING MODEL.

To whom it may concern:

Starting on November 1, 2024, we will adjust the billing dates for both plans and carrier services based on each brand’s consumption during the month. This means that from the aforementioned date, invoices will be issued on the plan’s billing date. Each customer will therefore receive two invoices on the same day: one for the plan and another for any additional usage during the billing period.

It’s important to clarify that this billing adjustment does not involve any change in the amounts charged, plan pricing, or payment method. Remember, your plan must be paid to activate it, and top-ups are required for services outside of the plan.

Until October 31, billing will continue monthly as previously. From November 1, invoices will be issued based on the plan billing date as follows:

If your brand’s billing date is November 5, you will receive an invoice for consumption from the first 5 days along with your plan invoice, and on December 5, you’ll receive both invoices covering total consumption for the past month.

These changes are based on your feedback and aim to improve our communication and organization in both our billing and yours.
